PhilAgrivest, Inc. – The Pili Nut Farm
Philagrivest, Inc., is an SEC registered Philippine corporation which owns and operates an 84 hectare organic farm on Tablas Island in Romblon province. It is owned by both foreigners and Filipinos who own shares of stock.
Been waking up every morning wondering how to create a supplemental income?
Then welcome to the Philagrivest farming opportunity. No multi-level marketing – no “upline” or “downline” – no weekly seminars to keep you “selling” some product or other – in fact – Pili nuts offer you the opportunity to REALLY retire – sit back, and do nothing (if you like!) – and still have an excellent income….
More than 50 people from different countries have already invested in The Pili Nut FARM and we are still expanding.
Current Status of Matters
Philagrivest has been the leader on Tablas at bringing modern hi tech and efficient farming practices to the island. As a result of our activity, the land itself has increased in value more than 50% since operation started in June 2010, as we have transformed the property from grazing land to farm land.
Our cash crops focused on Salad tomatoes, Bitter Gourd, Squash, Eggplant, Pineapple, Okra, we also are adding additional crops such as Rambutan, Banana, Atis and Papaya.
Infrastructure development thus far includes roads, bridges, irrigation, water systems, pumps, electrical grid, and the construction of AN administrative building, guard houses, A guest house, warehouse, equipment storage sheds, employee bathrooms, organic fertilizer tanks, etc
Our ‘fruitful’ business would not be possible without the full support from the local Philippine government, The University of The Eastern Philippines (15 years research for the pili nut), and their ‘Demonstration Farm & Nursery’.
BEYOND FARMING – A SOLUTION TO THE WORLDWIDE INSECURITY AS TO THE EVER INCREASING COST OF LIVING, AND FOOD SHORTAGES.
The past several years, we have witnessed an ever increasing explosion of incoming emails from people in Europe, Canada and the USA seeking a way out from a dismal retirement future. Pensions and healthcare benefits are being cut, yet food, housing, FUEL and transportation costs continue to rise, as are the length of years one must work before being eligible for some kind of “retirement” benefit.
The future of living in these countries – for retirees – is to never retire, but rather to “work until you die”.
Well, there is another option – more and more people in these countries are beginning to think “outside the box” . . . and outside the country! Many are thinking about retirement in the Philippines with Organic Healthy Food direct from the garden behind their beach villa… (Near the farm we are building a beachfront retirement village (www.sunsetbeachvillas.com); imagine that, Health Food direct from the land behind your own beach villa…)
